Matter’s appraisal of the Mill Lane Garden Centre confirms the 1992 Walter Segal timber frame is structurally sound. By prioritizing repairs, addressing external decay and internal damp, we provided Thera Trust with a 10-year roadmap to preserve this sustainable landmark and avoid premature replacement.
Bamboo’s Boon to Buildings
